Polished Nail Bar is Milwaukee's premier nail bar destination! Located in Milwaukee's Downtown area, Polished Nail Bar is offering the latest in nail treatments and services with an emphasis on outstanding client treatment. Our goal is to tailor to our clients’ needs to give them the best possible experience with us.
Appointments
Reservations are recommended so we can secure a time that accommodates your schedule; however, we are happy to accept walk-in’s whenever possible. In order to keep providing quality services Polished Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious, anyone with open and/or infected wounds on the treatment area, and/or anyone that may be harmed by our services.
Cancellations | Late Arrivals | No- Shows
We understand that circumstances may arise and you cannot keep your appointment, but in consideration of our nail technicians we ask that you please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, and a noticed for late arrival. If we have not established contact within the first 15 minutes (5-10 minutes for Express services) of your appointment time, your reservation may be reopened and/or given away, and/or services may be altered to fit the remaining time of the reservation. Guests with more than two no-shows may be asked to prepay future appointments at the time of booking.
Children
We ask that you please do not have children accompany you unless they are scheduled for a service. There are chemicals and tools that when ingested or used improperly may be harmful. For your children’s safety and as a courtesy to others salon guests, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times
Gift Cards
All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. All Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase. Effective January 1st, 2018, Polished Nail Bar is unable to accept gift certificates that are expired and/or were issued in Brookfield at the former Polished location. We will continue to accept valid gift certificates issued at Polished Nail Bar 621 E Brady St.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If at any point you were not satisfied with your service please inform your nail technician or a Front Desk Coordinator before leaving the salon to rectify the situation. The longevity of the no chip (gel) polish depends on multiple factors including, but not limited to lifestyle, health, maintenance and care, and product chemistry. If your service/s includes no chip and issues arise after you leave the salon please contact us no later than three days after your original appointment to schedule any repairs free of charge. A No- Chip Polish Change does not include manicuring, therefore, is not guaranteed. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed, due to the nature of the product.
Returns & Refunds
There are no refunds on any services rendered. If you’re not satisfied with the service please contact us to reschedule or perform a repair on your service. In regards to parties, a nonrefundable fee is required to secure parties that would like to reserve the salon for private parties. Cancellations for parties are required one week prior to the date of services being received. Any service(s) not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged half price to the credit card you used to secure appointments.
Party Agreement
Polished Nail Bar is honored to host your next party! Please contact our salon to secure the reservation at 414. 276. 6245 or you can email us at polishednailbarmlk@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Your name, phone number, and a credit card. Your card will not be charged and only authorized for one dollar to hold your reservation in the event your party members do not show up, we will charge your card for half the amount of the services scheduled.

2. The first and last names of all your guests and services being received. (No Express Manicures/Pedicures for groups of six or more.)

3. Date and time frame that works for you.
Private Parties
A non-refundable fee is required to secure parties that would like to reserve the salon for a private party. Please call the salon for details.
Cancellations
Cancellations for parties are required one week prior to the date of services being received. Any service(s) not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no- shows will be charged half price to the credit card used to secure appointments.
Late Arrivals | No Shows
We require your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to check in, greet guests, choose your polish and enjoy refreshments. In order to effectively accommodate your group your promptness is required and appreciated. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
Food and Drinks
Groups are welcomed and encouraged to bring in small food portions and beverages for their party.
